EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA AND CANADA
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which USPS does not pick up. Please know that every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Orders placed on weekdays before 1 P.M. CST will ship out that same day. Any weekday order placed after 1 P.M. CST will ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday or the next business day if the Monday is a major or national holiday.
Shipping is free for all purchases shipped within the United States and Canada. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate.
Shipping outside of the United States and Canada is a flat-rate of 12 USD.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not hesitate to be in touch with our Customer Service Team if we can assist you with tracking your package. We may be reached via e-mail at email@example.com.
We, at Dapper Classics, are committed to bringing you the highest quality product available. However, in the event you need to return an item(s), we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn and unwashed item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We appreciate you as a customer and will make every effort to resolve any issue that may arise.
You can return your item(s) for any reason within 30 days of receipt for full refund or exchange. Exceptions may apply.
To submit a return, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of your return request.
The return will be refunded in the original form of payment unless a Dapper Classics credit is requested. Return shipping will be a flat fee of $5.00 deducted from the refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to process.
If you request a refund in the original form of payment and used any Dapper Classics credits to purchase such item, those Dapper Classics credits will be reinstated in lieu of receiving a refund for that portion of the purchase. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, contact our customer support and you will receive your refund in Dapper Classics credits.
To submit an exchange, e-mail email@example.com with your order number and details of your exchange request. There is no shipping charge on an exchange request.
If an item exchange is a result based on issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via USPS Priority Mail.
Gifts that are returned are subject to exchange or merchandise credit only. Please allow 10-14 business days for receipt and processing of your return and merchandise credit.
